Package Details:
Package is sponsored and subsidised by MVCI (Thailand) Limited (“MVCI”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program. Package includes accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights in a two-bedroom apartment at Marriott’s Mai Khao Resort – Phuket, room only (valid for up to 6 persons) (“Package”) subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation.
Qualifications for Package:
This Package is designed for married/de-facto couples aged between 28-65 years old, with a joint annual income in excess of USD 75,000. Attendance at a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required during the use of the accommodation and during those hours made available by MVCI. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the Package visit and may be conducted by an affiliate of MVCI, except that such sales presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to availability. It is a condition of the Package that couples attend the sales presentation together. If you or your spouse/partner or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the Package which is specified in the “Pricing” section.
Pricing:
The Package price of USD 299* is for a two-bedroom apartment at Marriott’s Mai Khao Resort – Phuket. The retail value of this Package is up to US$1,500 and is based on current room rates at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. A surcharge of up to USD100 per night may be applicable during holiday and special event periods including Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, Labor Day and Chinese Holiday Week. All applicable fees will be charged in US dollars.
Expiry Date:
This offer expires 31 December 2025 and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.
Restrictions to the Package:
One package offer per family, and no groups. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. Cost of Package is non-refundable and package offer is non-transferable. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. A flat USD 35 reschedule fee applies to the Package. Cancellation, no-shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one (01) night’s accommodation (up to USD 500). Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The purchase of this package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy® points unless otherwise specified. This package offer is a marketing campaign sponsored by MVCI and does not include Marriott Bonvoy elite member benefits such as early check‑in, late check‑out, complimentary room upgrades, guaranteed lounge access or complimentary breakfast. Marriott Bonvoy members may utilize their 10% dining discount at selected food and beverage outlets. Please check with reception for specific details. This Package is not available to directors, officers, representatives, and employees of MVCI and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 18 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by Marriott Vacation Club International are not eligible for this Package. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
Other Conditions Applicable to the Package:
A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the package. This Package includes room and tax charges only unless otherwise specified and subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations are on a space available basis; advance booking required. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number +66 7668 3401 and must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.
